Our Team

Deirdre loves seeing the smiling faces of the children in the centre, and the happy relaxed faces of the mammies and daddies as they know that their child will be happy in the centre overnight. She’s a walker and a talker! So her time off is spent walking the beach with her two daughters and their dog and calling into friends for tea and a chat! She’s a self-confessed home-improvement show addict and loves the colour purple!

When Agnieszka isn’t glued to the Xfactor she spends her spare time travelling, reading, spending time with family, walking on the beach or spending time in Markethill Park. She has two favourite colours – green and blue! To relax she likes to watch comedy films, documentaries or shows like Two & a Half Men and Friends. When it comes to cartoons, she’s a fan of the classics like Mickey Mouse and the Smurfs. Robbie Williams, Olly Murs, Sixto Rodriquer and Vanda Shephard (Ally Mc Beal film) will always get her on the dancefloor! Her favourite part of the job is learning new skills and doing activities with the children.

When not refereeing soccer matches himself, sports mad Garrett likes nothing more than watching Dundalk FC play. It is easy to know what his favourite colour is red – the colour of Louth and Man Utd! When he gets control of the remote, it’s Gladiator, Deadliest Catch or Fast ‘n’ Loud that will be on the TV. If it’s cartoon time, it’s Top Cat or Tom & Jerry! Garrett loves seeing the children who use the service enjoying themselves and having fun.

For music fan Lisa, the endless reruns of the Frozen movie are great! As someone who loves Irish Dancing, playing the piano and listening to music, she just can’t Let it Go when it comes to her music interests! A fan of weddings, Lisa’s favourite film is Father of the Bride and her favourite TV show is ‘Say Yes to the Dress’!

Nuala loves watching the children having fun and interacting with each other in the centre. Outside of work, green-fingered Nuala can be found in her garden. The Dirty Dancing fan also likes spending time with her family, going out to dinner and catching up with the soaps!

Darraghs favourite part of the job is getting to spend time with so many fantastic children that never fail to put a smile on his face. His favourite colour is green. He has been know to belt out a Disney song or two in the privacy of his own bedroom. Darragh loves boxing and spending free time in the gym.

Claire loves to see the kids in the centre having fun and experiencing new things. The Harry Potter fan enjoys reading by the beach and all things Disney.

Jana came all the way from South Africa to join us! Jana is a reader and a music lover. She enjoys watching the children learn new things and experience new opportunities while on their sleepover..

My favourite colour is pink. My hobbies include cooking, music and make up, although I am far from a make up artist. My favourite thing about Lordship is seeing all of the kids smiling and laughing. I enjoy comedy and horror movies, even though I can be a scary cat.

Louise has loved supporting children for the past 15 years and takes delight seeing children learning through play and developing their independent skills.  You will find her spending time with her husband and three children on the beach, out and about having a picnic with friends or listening to Elton John!  She enjoys watching Downton Abbey and Escape to the Chateau!

Lordship is a fabulous place to work, the kids really brighten up your day!!  I truly feel honoured to be part of such a wonderful team.  I enjoy running, reading and getting pampered.
